APPLEWOOD HEARTS

The Apple tree has for many centuries and in many cultures been known as "The Tree of Love". From Cupid to Aphrodite the apple and love are inextricably linked i.e. 'the apple of my eye'. As a symbol of affection the carving of a heart can be found in many guises including Welsh love spoons and trees. A heart carved from applewood and presented to a lover is an old English tradition.

EACH APPLEWOOD HEART IS SOURCED SUSTAINABLY AND ETHICALLY IN THE UK AND IS OBTAINED FROM APPLE TREES

These unique traditionally handcarved red stained Applewood Hearts are on 1mm adjustable cotton cord with wooden beads and come in a choise of three colour combinations.
